Shipping Policy

 

- All products or accessories are located in Hong Kong.

Local purchase shipping:
1)  By Hong Kong ordinary post: Free below 0.5kg. It is without tracking service and the item needs 1 week or more for shipping.

2)  By Hong Kong registered post: It has a proof of delivery and registered record.
3)  By Sf-express: It has a tracking service. The item normally reaches clients in 2 days after shipment. Please let me know if you want to use the freight collection service.

Worldwide purchase shipping:

1)  By Hong Kong ordinary post: It is without tracking service and the item needs 2 weeks or more for shipping.

2)  By Hong Kong Speed-post with tracking service. The item normally reaches clients in 7-21 days after shipment, but it would have a difference depending on various destinations.

3)  By Hong Kong registered post: It has a proof of delivery and registered record.

- I dispatch the items within 3 days after getting payment.

- Please note that buyers are responsible for duties, customs and taxes in their country. The item will come packed safely.

--------------------------------- MISSING PACKAGES
To consider an order as lost you must wait 6 weeks.

Shipping times can be sometimes different. Please contact me if you haven't received your package in HK within 2 weeks, and within 6 weeks for international packages. Though it does not usually take that long, packages have, on rare occasions, an exceptionally long delivery time.
Please double check your shipping address is correct before you contact me and make sure you have the correct one on your missing order.
